At Shape we are always looking for new opportunities. Even if when we are not in a position to buy for our own portfolio we can often bring in an investor/backer with the finance to complete the transaction. We are only interested in the most exciting opportunities. The location and price has to be right.

  • London only
  • Zones 1 and 2 preferred although good locations in zone 3 will also be considered
  • Must be close to transport links

Size:
  • 15 to 150 units
  • Or potential for 15 to 150 units
  • New build or refurbishment/conversion

Planning:
  • With or without planning permission
  • All options considered including Joint Ventures and part-constructed sites
